Nancy Peretsman
Nancy Peretsman is Managing Director at Allen & Company LLC. Previously, she headed the worldwide media investment banking division at Salomon Brothers. Nancy has served as a key advisor to several of the world’s leading media and consumer companies including Weyerhaeuser, Time Warner, Google, Sony Corporation and Activision. She has been a key advisor to Barry Diller since 1995 in both the formation and building of InterActive Corp. and has represented many new media companies in their sales or recapitalizations, including NexTag, TripAdvisor, Ask.Jeeves.com, and Advertising.com, among others. Nancy is a founding shareholder in many online companies including priceline.com, on whose board she continues to serve.
Nancy attended Princeton University and Yale. She is a Trustee of Princeton and The Institute for Advanced Study. She also serves on the board of The New School and the national board of Teach For America.
