Lynda Clarizio
As AOL’s EVP and president of Platform-A, Lynda Clarizio oversees the industry’s largest online advertising network. Since May 2006, Lynda has been President of Advertising.com. Prior to this, Lynda held several positions at AOL, most recently serving as EVP of AOL’s Audience Business. She was also SVP for corporate strategic and financial planning and SVP for acquisitions and strategic investments. As part of the latter role, she led AOL’s acquisition of Advertising.com.
Before joining AOL in 1999, Lynda was a partner for seven years in the law firm of Arnold & Porter, as well as co-chair of the firm’s technology group and a member of the firm’s executive committee. Lynda sits on the board of directors of Human Rights First and is a member of the Princeton Women in Leadership Steering Committee. She holds a JD from Harvard Law School.
